Avalon Inc. is a project to which we gave 5 years of our life. We created the brand from a scratch and ran it as marketing specialists. Avalon Inc. has become a game-changing and market-driven player from a typical unknown company in 2014.
Company’s philosophy was to do things that no one has ever tried. Construction projects were different in designs that Lviv has never seen before. We, in turn, have set standards of service – stylish sales centers that before looked like booths that people were afraid to visit, also nice and knowledgeable managers, quality printing such as booklets, renders and planning.
Thus was born the strategy – «space of personal freedom.» We realized that this is exactly what people want when they buy an apartment – not just four walls, but the opportunity to do whatever they want, be the full owners of their lives, manage their freedom and personal world, rule the world!
Communication with the customer was appropriate – we never used such typical phrases as “discount, last apartments, pick up, catch up, buy”; on our boards, radio or video clips as well as clichés “quickly professionally reliable.” The whole ad campaign was based on the insight having emerged that it is important for a person to have a place where he or she is a boss, even while you have to sleep on a mattress under a bare ceiling. We prompted people to buy housing but not walls, pay attention to designs, planning, and finally, to choose more – lifestyle and community.
It is our fundamental belief that a man shapes everything around him. So Avalon Inc. is not only about housing and freedom, but also about the development of the city, about the cultural and spiritual enrichment of residents, about social responsibility.
Avalon Inc. became the founder and organizer of the charity race “Run the World,” which annually unites Lviv residents and city guests and promotes love for sports and active social integration.
In addition to attracting the city’s residents to the high art, the main goal of the festival is to promote and recognize an unfairly obscure Ukrainian music in the world.
We have taught Lviv to listen and appreciate classical music by becoming partners and co-organizers of the Lviv MozArt Festival.
The company gave an opportunity to those who were not even expecting it, because every child deserves future.
As the result several apartments in Avalon Inc. have become a family-type children’s home.
As part of the project we created about one hundred video commercials and sometimes we joke that they could make three full-length movies. Dozens of advertising campaigns have been carried out. The world has seen fourteen logos.
Now we show it in cold, hard numbers. More than 150 million euros of investment have been attracted over 5 years, 7 construction projects put into operation, and 7 more are under construction. 6,000 people have become owners of the apartment, every third client comes back to purchase real estate again, the entire section of apartments was bought up on the first day of sales, and the rental of real estate in the apartment complex of the company is on average 20% more expensive than in others.
